About Ian Congreave
Ian lives in Leeds, in the north of England and, when he is not writing articles for the payroll press in the UK, or writing training material, or lecturing on everything payroll, busies himself running this directory.
A personnel manager by profession, Ian worked for 17 years with a major national food retailer, where he managed and developed the personnel, payroll and related information systems, and eventually the payroll operation itself for 67,000 employees.
Ian is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Fellow of the Institute of Payroll and Pensions Management.
