In the newsletter of 15 October 2004, we provided some general guidance notes on the operation of debt arrangement schemes (DAS) in Scotland insofar as they affect employers. The final Regulations have been made and came into force on 15 November 2004. There is nothing in the final Regulations that affects the guidance notes already provided.
