For the benefit of those involved in pension scheme administration, the Revenue has published draft copies of the forms that will be used to support the new regime after 6 April 2006. The forms that are available are those that will be used for registering a pension scheme, making returns and reports, claiming protection of existing rights as well as an enhanced lifetime allowance. All of the forms are subject to further changes that may be identified during the coming year and they do not yet reflect some of the changes that are contained in Finance Act 2005.
