The various forms that are available to download from the IRS website have now been given "document rights", enabling them to be completed and then saved on the user's computer for future reference. Version 5.1 or later of Adobe Reader must be used. Such forms may then be printed and mailed to the appropriate IRS address. These forms cannot be filed electronically.
