Comprehensive labor law resource guide - Colorado

The Department of Labor and Employment has introduced a new online resource for individuals to turn to when they have questions about Colorado labor laws. The Division of Labor Resource Guide is now available on the Division of Labor's website. After clicking on the Resource Guide link, visitors will find nearly 400 pages of easily referenced material covering a wide range of subjects.
Subjects are indexed by keywords so that with just a few keystrokes, users can tap into information on virtually any issue related to Colorado wage laws, labor and employment topics and the Colorado youth law. Employers can access posters directly from the Guide so they can easily comply with all posting requirements. State labor regulations as well as portions of the Colorado Revised Statutes that pertain to employment law are reproduced in the Guide and forms are also available so that employees can file a complaint against an employer without having to visit the Division of Labor's offices.
Another section of the Guide provides referrals and links to state and federal agencies as well as organizations that deal with labor and employment issues.
