New online W-2 filing - Delaware

The Delaware Division of Revenue has unveiled its new online filing system for businesses to submit W-2 information.

Revenue plans to offer online filing this year for the withholding annual reconciliation form (W-3) as well, though no date for this release has been set. Currently, businesses filing W-2 information online are asked to write, "W-2s submitted electronically" on their W-3 forms, which must be remitted by mail.
