The State Tax Commission has posted the reporting deadlines for W-2s and 1099s, as follows:

• January 31, 2005: last day to file paper copies of W-2 Wage and Tax Statement and the accompanying Form 89-140 Annual Information Return
  
  
• February 28, 2005: all W-2s filed by Magnetic Media and the accompanying Form 89-140 Annual Information Return are due to be filed
  
  
• March 15, 2005: all 1099 paper forms or magnetic media and the accompanying Form 89-140 Annual Information Return are due to be filed.
