Among the many tax changes included in the tax reform package that takes effect from July, 2005, is a rate cut in the individual income tax for all tax brackets of 4.2 percent for tax year 2005 and an additional 4.2 percent (from 2004 rates) each year through 2009 for a total cut of 21 percent.
