Minimum wage increase from January 1, 2006 - Vermont

The state minimum wage increased from $7.00 to $7.25 per hour from January 1, 2006. The minimum base wage for tipped employees stays at $3.65 per hour and employers must make up the difference if their wages, including tips, does not reach $7.25 per hour.
