2007 fringe benefits tax return - Australia

Employers who do not need to file a fringe benefits tax return must send instead a Notice of non-lodgment, giving the reason why the taxable amount in nil. The form to be used in respect of the period 1 April 2006 to 31 March 2007 is now available.
