All aspects of recruitment, employment, development, attendance, pay and benefits are covered by a single system that is available in three main flavours:

• WS Classic is designed for smaller organisations who may have a network but little in-house technical support.
• World Service provides access to a single database for people on the road or at different sites across the country.   
• WS Enterprise delivers a completely bespoke solution as a standard package, without the need for any programming.

Default configurations are available for specialist sectors – such as education, retail and professional services – and can be re-configured at any time using graphical builder tools to model the particular rules of each client.
