Introduction
We have a little less reading this week, covering a variety of subjects. Other news items consider the time off rules for public duties, the extent to which Deduction from Earnings Orders are being used, a further tax-exempt benefit added to the list of EFRBS benefits, and another change in the definition of “qualifying childcare”. We also have two items for readers who handle payroll for Guernsey. Guernsey has a very different approach to salary sacrifice than the UK.
