HMRC has issued

• a single factsheet for both employers and employees explaining company van benefits,
• an updated factsheet for employees explaining company car benefits and including reference to the recent changes to the rules for disabled drivers, and
• a summary of the changes announced in Budget 2009 on the changes to company car taxation rules for 2009/10 and the two following tax years.
