John Cronin takes up Business Improvement position on Ceridian’s Senior Team

Ceridian, one of the largest providers of human resource services in the world, has appointed John Cronin to their senior leadership team in the newly created position of Director of Business Improvement. In his new role, which reports directly to Managing Director Doug Sawers, John will focus on key change initiatives and improving cross-functional co-ordination, communication and measurement across business functions.

The role has been created to make the most of his experience within Ceridian where he has held a number of senior positions since joining in 1999. These include heading up Ceridian’s Six Sigma programme and most recently managing the organisation’s Payments Accounting and Lifeworks areas as Operations Director.

John has been a Six Sigma Black Belt since 2001.
