Mark Braund Joins the Company from Lorien Plc

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., August 14, 2008 - The Employer Services segment of First Advantage Corporation today announced that Mark Braund has joined as Managing Director and Executive Vice President for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). In this newly created position, Braund will report directly to JoAnn M. Laing, Group President, and will focus on providing management oversight and promoting the continuing strategic growth initiatives of First Advantage Employer Services globally.

Based out of London, England, Mark is responsible for all operations in EMEA, including the background screening services operation, the HMS offering, product responsibilities, relationships, sales, marketing as well as the company’s distributor relationships.

Braund brings more than 25 years experience to First Advantage, with the last seven years focused on the recruitment and RPO industry, where he has been developing, selling, implementing and managing large-scale enterprise programs across the UK, Europe and North America. Most recently Braund held management positions with Lorien Plc, TAC Europe and IBM EMEA.

As part of his role, Braund will strategically align First Advantage’s Employer Services in EMEA with solutions including background verifications, assessment solutions and applicant tracking  systems all designed to recruit and retain today’s top talent.
