IRIS Payroll support recognised as one of the best in UK Customer Satisfaction Awards

The results of a search to find 2009’s best customer focused companies have been announced. The ‘Customer Kings’ competition, in its inaugural year, recognises an elite few that go above and beyond traditional measures to ensure customer satisfaction, particularly acknowledging innovation and the creative use of technology.

IRIS (www.iris.co.uk) was awarded a ‘High Commendation’ by the judges who praised the firm for providing exemplary support to its customers. Judges highlighted the quality of IRIS’ proactive approach to customer service especially during the peak year end season for its payroll and HR products. As the judges observed, customer support has been radically overhauled, resulting in increased head count and advanced training of all staff.
