Jacqueline Raison joins Ceridian as Chief Legal Officer

Ceridian, one of the largest providers of HRO services in the world, has announced the appointment of Jacqueline Raison as Chief Legal Officer. Jacqueline joins from Xerox UK , where she has spent the past seven years as company secretary and board legal representative. Reporting directly to Doug Sawers, Jacqueline’s experience will be pivotal in Ceridian’s future expansion plans. She takes up her position in the senior leadership team in July.

Doug Sawers, Managing Director in the UK , said: “We are delighted to welcome Jacqueline to the team. She’s no stranger to major contractual negotiations and has significant experience dealing with SOX compliance. Jacqueline will play a key role in Ceridian’s multinational ambitions and we look forward to her joining us in July.”

In another senior move for Ceridian, Nick Thomson has been promoted to Director of SME & Alliances, and will now report to Doug Sawers. Nick previously held the position of Solutions Development Director. In his new role, Nick will focus on expanding the Ceridian proposition for SME customers and building stronger relationships with key partners.

Commenting on the promotion, Doug said: “Nick has had a tremendous year with Ceridian. Having joined the organisation through our acquisition of TRG, where he was Managing Director, Nick has played a leading role in progressing our customer propositions and bringing them successfully to market.”
