Welcome to the PayPerShop Forum and thank you for posting your question.
There is no statutory right to paid holidays in Guernsey and any entitlement in purely contractual. However, Guernsey employment law requires any contractual entitlement to be specified clearly in the employment contract. Please see the Commerce and Employment Guide, at http://www.gov.gg/ccm/cms-service/download/asset/?asset_id=6808029
The Commerce and Employment Department provides a free helpline on employment matters (01481 234567) - you might wish to discuss these matters with them. _________________ Ian Congreave, PayPerShop owner
