Not sure if this is the right place to post but i am in the process of negotiating a contract to write a series of questions and tasks which can be posed on line to prospective candidates for various payroll jobs.

The intention is that by the time the interview takes place the interviewers know the candidate can deliver what they claim to on paper.

My question is, does anyone have experience of this and secondly, given the client is in the USA do i have any specific issues to consider before signing?

My understanding is that this set of tasks will also be offered to employers to use as skills tests for personal development planning and there may be marketing issues i will be involved with as well. So it is a one-off assignment now but may not necessarily remain so. Any advice would be appreciated.
