Schindler Selects ADP GlobalView® for Single-Source Payroll Service Across Europe

ADP® Employer Services International, a leading worldwide provider of outsourced payroll, benefits and human resource services, today announced that Schindler, one of the world's largest suppliers of escalators and elevators worldwide, selected ADP to supply and maintain its payroll system.

Schindler chose ADP's single-source, multilingual, multicurrency payroll outsourcing service GlobalView® to gain a single-source payroll solution for Schindler's 16,000 employees across 14 European countries.With ADP GlobalView outsourced service, Schindler will be able to concentrate its resources on the strategic development of its core business rather than developing, operating and updating in-house payroll systems. Schindler's multinational organization will replace its various existing systems with a single solution for Europe, realizing substantial savings and standardizing service levels to its employees.

ADP GlobalView service leverages the SAP Human Capital Management platform and uses standard templates to accelerate implementation across multiple countries and provide rapid compliance with local legislation. These features will enable ADP to initiate an accelerated implementation schedule of two years for Schindler, so Schindler may more quickly realize a return on investment and ensure service enhancement for its employees.
