Accenture subcontracts 90 million euro contract to ARINSO

ARINSO International (Euronext Brussels: ARIN), a leading provider of HR Technology Consulting & Outsourcing Services, today announced that it has been selected by Accenture (NYSE: ACN), a global management consulting, technology services, and outsourcing company, for a new HR Outsourcing (HRO) contract with Unilever, a multinational manufacturer of leading brands in foods, home care, and personal care.
As a services provider to Accenture, ARINSO will provide payroll processing as part of a newly established HR Outsourcing agreement between Accenture and Unilever. The agreement with Accenture is worth close to EUR 90 million, spans a period of seven years, and covers all continents with the exception of the Americas. The agreement will establish Accenture as a Top 3 customer of ARINSO and the contract will generate important recurring revenue streams in the coming years, marking a major step forward for ARINSO in developing its HR Outsourcing activities.
Currently, ARINSO provides Unilever with payroll services in the Netherlands and integration services for Peoplesoft. Under this new contract with Accenture, ARINSO will support HR services for approximately 63,000 active and 12,000 inactive employees across 30 countries in Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific. ARINSO will provide payroll processing, maintenance of payroll systems and payroll subject matter expertise.
