Dallas, TX - BMH, Inc., developers of the Open4® HRIS and Payroll system and an HR and Payroll software supplier since 1980, has announced their second annual users conference for their clients in the U.S. and Canada. The conference will be held April 18 - 20, 2007 at the Crowne Plaza Addison (Dallas), Texas. Presented as an educational forum, Illuminations 2007 will offer three days of technical and professional education for human resources professionals, as well as business coaching from several nationally-recognized guest speakers.
"Our focus this year will be on mutual discovery," said Ed Harrison, BMH President. "We want to learn how customers use Open4 and what our client organizations' needs are, to help us hone Open4's path toward the future. At the same time, we want to provide a forum that helps our clients make better use of Open4. Like any other software product, only about 20 percent of the product is being used by many clients. We want to change that."
Following suggestions from clients who attended the initial event, the sessions will be longer and held at a slower pace, with more opportunities for clients to visit with the vendor partners during the conference. Vendors will have many opportunities to mingle with clients and are invited to attend any of the events.
For complete details and to pre-register, visit the Illuminations 2007 web site.
New this year will be the ability for clients to sign up for conference appointments with BMH applications analysts. This will give the individual user the opportunity for some one-on-one consultation or help with questions. Additional BMH staff will also be available throughout the conference to assist users.
Illuminations 2007 will include workshops with guest speakers on topics relevant to the HR arena. Clients will have the opportunity to attend any of three concurrent workshops during Thursday's and Friday's sessions. The event will culminate with a closing luncheon and a free-form, anything-goes panel discussion with BMH staff and clients.
