Sir Gerry Robinson shares secrets of successful management at CIPD's annual conference and exhibition

Top UK business entrepreneur, Sir Gerry Robinson will show people management and development professionals 'Who's the Boss' at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development's (CIPD) Annual Conference and Exhibition, in Harrogate. Joining Sir Gerry, on Tuesday 18 September will be another successful business leader, Greg Dyke. Both will face the grand inquisitor, Broadcaster, Jeremy Paxman, who will be chairing the session and is due to grill them both on their experiences and debate the issues at the very heart of world class business.

Sir Gerry, a respected business expert and presenter of the BBC TV series, "I'll Show them Who's Boss" and "Can Gerry Robinson fix the NHS?" will address key management issues. These include: leadership, formulating a strategy for the future and techniques and skills required to run a successful business.

This inspirational and dynamic event will help HR professionals learn first hand from one of the most highly respected businessmen in the country. Sir Gerry's no-nonsense approach and easy to follow advice will provide practical examples that can be swiftly put into place.

Exhibition

Spread over five halls in the Harrogate International Centre, the exhibition will feature over 300 major suppliers of HR products and services covering all aspects of people management and development and free interactive exhibition showcases.
