Vodafone, one of the world's largest mobile telecommunications companies, has implemented HRM Software's HRM Connect Executive system to help support its succession planning and talent management initiatives. The system is being actively used by Vodafone's People Development team.

Vodafone is using HRM Connect Executive to support succession & career development planning and to maintain organisation chart structures for senior levels.
