iEmployee, Inc. Announces New Interactive Voice Recognition Solution
|
Seekonk, MA, United States, 09/22/2006 - iEmployee's Time and Attendance Suite of Solution rounds off with the introduction of IVR (Interactive Voice Recognition) System.
"Welcome to the iEmployee iClock phone system." Tracking down employees on the go is no sweat anymore. iEmployee IVR solution now gives you a unique option making it really easy to trace employees working out of the bag or those on the road. Make them punch in and out on the phone!
With IVR system's customizable speech-to-text recognition ability employees can record time in real-time. Each client using the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system will be given a unique personal toll-free number for their employees to call. Based on how the set up is, the employees calling up would be prompted for various pieces of information for identification.
This would help track specially those in the staff who do not have access to a computer or the internet.
"Though this may not be a new concept yet, iEmployee with its years of experience in developing workforce management solution for over 2000 clients will certainly be able to provide true value addition to the IVR system," said Mr. Fenil Shah, CEO of iEmployee.
With this launch, iEmployee has rounded off its full suite of Employee Time and Attendance solution. Adds Fenil Shah "iEmployee's Time and Attendance solution now truly meets the need of any organization that hopes to offer its employees flexibility in terms of recording time."
