Monster Worldwide creates new unit in the UK dedicated to graduate recruitment, led by Mike Roberts

London, 4 July 2005 - Monster Worldwide Inc. (NASDAQ: MNST), the parent company of the leading global online careers property Monster®, today announced the creation of a new role and appointment of Mike Roberts as Head of Monster Campus Solutions in the United Kingdom. This position reflects a significant increase in site activity by students and graduates using online recruitment to make their first move into the workplace.

As Head of Monster Campus Solutions - UK, Mike Roberts will be responsible for reviewing the market opportunity in the sector, ensuring that the right employer alliances are in place to help graduates of all disciplines find the best job opportunities. His responsibilities will include focusing on the graduate community and raising awareness of Monster's offering from both existing and new business perspectives. Mike will also work with TMP Worldwide's client base to provide solutions for clients' graduate needs.

Mike Roberts has worked specifically in the graduate space for the last three years. Before he joined Monster Worldwide he spearheaded the inaugural TARGET National Graduate Recruitment Awards in May 2005.

Over the last three years Mike has been responsible for launching several graduation products, from the publication of several Public sector paper products aimed at teachers, nurses and the public sector in general, as well as overseeing the relaunch of the award winning niche graduate site - doctorjob.com

Mike's experience in the recruitment advertising industry spans over twenty years. Previous roles include Head of UK Sales at GTI and General Manager of easyEverything Internet Cafes Worldwide.
