Yell reaps the benefits of online recruitment as it searches for quality candidates

London, 25 April 2006 -Yell, a leading international directories business operating in the classified advertising market in the United Kingdom, has teamed up with Monster UK to roll out an innovative 2006 recruitment campaign. Yell is embracing the power of online recruitment as it searches for the best talent across the UK.

Yell has invested in Monster's interactive web-cast and 'jobshot' to enable candidates to find out first hand information about the company, directly from Yell employees. A combination of video, synchronised presentations and an e-mail link directly to the company provides candidates with a complete overview of Yell. This will help the company find specialists for a number of sales and non-sales roles. Monster is also hosting Yell's careers site as well as advertising all its online jobs.
