Leading payroll and HR services company recognized as one of best training organizations for sixth straight year
Rochester, NY (March 14, 2007) - Paychex, Inc. has been named to Training magazine's Training Top 125 list of outstanding training organizations for the sixth straight year. Paychex, a leading provider of payroll and human resource services, was ranked number 34 on the 2007 list. Training, a premier training industry publication, this year expanded its annual ranking to include international companies for the first time.

The University of Paychex, the company's training and development center, provided more than 1.3 million hours of training for Paychex employees during fiscal 2006, with an average of 121 hours of training per Paychex employee. Additionally, 23 of Paychex's training programs are certified for college credit by the American Council on Education (ACE). The credit hours earned through these programs are eligible for transfer to any of over 3,000 ACE member colleges and universities. The University of Paychex is located at the company's corporate headquarters in Rochester, New York.

To compile this year's list, Training magazine examined hundreds of entries during a multi-tiered nomination, application, and interview process. The Training Top 125 is a ranking of organizations that excel at human capital development, as determined each year by Training magazine.
