Personec to Offer Payroll Management to Tuko Logistics

Tuko Logistics Oy will outsource its payroll management activities to Personec Oy's service centre. Since the beginning of 2006, Personec has been responsible for the payroll services of some 600 Tuko Logistics' personnel. In connection with the service outsourcing, some Tuko Logistics personnel became Personec employees.

"The existing support for the payroll management system was about to expire and we were looking for a comprehensive HR solution and ways to develop our payroll and HR processes," says Jouni Itkonen, Director of Administration at Tuko Logistics. "We chose Personec's service because they can offer us other HR services besides the traditional payroll accounting, and because Personec has a wide customer base and a proven track record. We have been extremely satisfied with Personec's work in the transition stage. Their service has already been used to successfully calculate the first salaries."
