Personec to manage the payroll of the Helsinki Deaconess Institute
April 2007
The Helsinki Deaconess Institute will transfer its payroll calculation to Personec's payroll calculation services from the beginning of May. The service will be used to manage the salaries and benefits of 1,150 people of the Deaconess Institute group's personnel.
"Our consultation service together with the Deaconess Institute performed a comprehensive preliminary survey concerning more streamlined payroll calculation before deciding upon the outsourcing solution," says Tero Ansio, Deputy CEO of Personec Group.
"We consider this approach to be absolutely the best because it helps us find the best operational models most suitable for each need. Considering financial management, our consultants are engaged in close cooperation with the Deaconess Institute and we have already provided them with several financial management solutions," says Ansio.
"We decided upon Personec's payroll service because the surveys showed us that Personec would be the most suitable partner for us with regard to the systems and quality," says Foundation Director, Antti Lemmetyinen from the Helsinki Deaconess Institute.
"In our opinion, the demand for outsourcing services in payroll and HR management will continue to grow strongly in all sectors. Medium-sized organisations are also actively looking for alternatives to traditional methods of managing these kinds of administrative operations," says Ansio.
