New name at HR Software Show
|
First Advantage Corporation, a global risk mitigation and business solutions provider, will appear at the HR Software Show for the first time to showcase its Hiring Management System (formerly known as Projectix).
First Advantage HMS was formed when FADV acquired US-based Recruiternet, Inc in September 2005. First Advantage HMS is part of the First Advantage Employer Services segment, which also offers background screening, drug-free workplace programs, tax credits screening and online recruiting solutions.
Felix Stroud Allen, First Advantage HMS' head of sales in the UK, said: "The past six months have seen extraordinary progress with Projectix aligning with First Advantage and leading the company's European expansion. We are looking forward to fuelling our 2006 growth by showcasing our services at the HR Software Show."
Visitors can see on-stand demonstrations of the First Advantage HMS solution at HRSS stand number B58. First Advantage HMS supports applicant tracking and candidate management across an organisation and around the globe, offering 13 standard language translations and complete localisation of the data scheme.
Commenting on the system Russell Crisp, executive director of First Advantage HMS said: "Our product gives clients flexibility allowing them to adapt the system to their specific needs. It can be tailored to cope with a range of languages, making it ideal for large multi-national conglomerates. First Advantage HMS combines the power of an applicant tracking system with our knowledge gained from working within the local hiring process, enabling us to offer a uniquely powerful and insightful solution."
First Advantage HMS received the HR Systems Excellence Award, from the International Quality and Productivity Centre (IQPC), for Innovative and Creative Development of Human Resource Technology in September. The product has been consistently ranked as a leading applicant tracking solution by independent sources. Gartner, AMR, Workforce Management and ERExchange have all included the company in their analyses of leading solution providers.
First Advantage HMS utilises .net technology, which allows the system to tailor the recruitment process to each specific users needs, including the use of complementary service offerings, seamless HRMS integration and advanced workflow support.
