He will be joined by Russell Crisp, chairman and CEO of the Crisp Group, leading a discussion of on-demand software. Crisp has consulted to leading corporations on business development since the 1980s and now serves as a non-executive director on a number of client boards. During the last five years, he has worked extensively in Europe and the USA, helping businesses to re-engineer in line with the e-commerce revolution.
Russell Crisp said: "Every pound, dollar or euro spent on anything other than core business needs ever closer scrutiny. Companies are increasingly asking how on-demand software - also known as 'software as a service' - can enable them to forego the complexity of systems management and focus on core activities."
Tod Loufbourrow said: "The global war for talent is bringing a growing focus on how software innovations can help organisations to find, maximise and retain precious human capital. Against this background, HR leaders want to understand more about strategic talent management solutions, the fastest-growing segment of a $3 billion market. With this event, we aim to help them to find some answers."
