TeamSpirit Launches Online Vacancy Application System at Softworld

Teampirit Software launched a highly versatile online vacancy application system to work in conjunction with its existing Recruitment module at the Softworld HR & Payroll show on 17th and 18th October.

TeamSpirit eApply offers a cost effective solution which vastly simplifies the application process by allowing applicants to view and apply for vacancies online. eApply is capable of being launched from a corporate website or intranet allowing both existing and potential new employees to view and apply for suitable vacancies online.

Offering a method for applying for vacancies online provides numerous benefits to both the applicant and more importantly the company advertising the position. Applicants can upload relevant documents such as their CV or references to the application and the company advertising the position can add document and email links to the vacancy. Once registered applicant details are pre-populated for each vacancy and allow the applicant to fill out the application in stages but only submit once complete. The company advertising the position no longer has to sift through hand written applications and it removes the need to manually key application details into the recruitment system, leaving more time to focus on other areas of the business.

eApply additionally offers the ability to custom style the system by adding company logos, applications forms and screen colours, within set design parameters. It also supports multiple application form designs so that each form can be tailored to the vacancy.

Once all mandatory fields are completed and the application is submitted details will be transferred directly to the TeamSpirit Recruitment system and the person recruiting for the position will be notified by email that a new application has been received.
