J Barbour & Sons Ltd Integrate HR, Payroll and T&A with TeamSpirit

Leading provider of HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance solutions, TeamSpirit Software Limited is delighted to announce the signing of a five year contract with outdoor clothing manufacturer, J Barbour & Sons Ltd.

Barbour is a multi-site organisation covering both manufacturing and retail that employs almost 500 employees who are monthly or weekly paid. The company has initially purchased TeamSpirit's core modules of Payroll, HR and Time & Attendance.

Barbour's existing payroll system, together with HR records that are presently administered by spreadsheets and word documents will be replaced with TeamSpirit's Integrated HR and Payroll software. TeamSpirit Time & Attendance will also be integrated with Feedback Data Terminals to collect employees' clockings.

Barbour's decision to select TeamSpirit over the competition was based on three main factors: TeamSpirit's ability to provide a seamless fully integrated HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance solution, Barbour's Financial Director's previous experience with the system which had demonstrated the high level of support offered and finally TeamSpirit's ability to offer a cost effective bespoke solution for Barbour's manufacturing piecework incentive scheme.
