Paula Rosa Select TeamSpirit In-House HR and Payroll System

TeamSpirit Software Limited, integrated HR and Payroll software provider are delighted to announce their recent contract signing with leading UK kitchen manufacturer, Paula Rosa.

West Sussex based Paula Rosa, employing in the region of 200 staff, currently administers its payroll and HR needs with a bureau service and data held in a variety of IT formats. Planning ahead for the finishing of the bureau service in April 2008, created an ideal opportunity for Paula Rosa to review its HR and payroll arrangements.

Under the agreement, Paula Rosa will initially implement TeamSpirit's integrated Payroll and HR system and once the core system goes live, TeamSpirit Self-Service will also be implemented.

Bringing Payroll back in-house will inevitably give Paula Rosa greater control of the payroll function. Integration with TeamSpirit HR will eliminate duplicate data entry and will allow Paula Rosa to effectively manage their schemes for final salary and stakeholder pensions, sick pay, maternity pay, holiday and bonuses. TeamSpirit will also enable Paula Rosa to run reports from the standard system at the click of a button, create bespoke reports and link to Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.
