|
Payroll, HR and financial software company Topaz has been shortlisted in the Enterprise Software Package of the Year category in the 2006 Accountancy Age Awards.
The 12th Annual Accountancy Age Awards for Excellence will see Topaz up against CedarOpenAccounts and Cartesis, having received glowing endorsements from satisfied customers to reach the prestigious shortlist stage.
"I would like to offer my congratulations on Topaz being shortlisted for the Enterprise Software Package of the Year," says Gavin Hinks, Chairman of Judges and Accountancy Age Editor.
"To be shortlisted for this award is a huge achievement in itself."
Judges of the Enterprise Software category were given the task of shortlisting financial and business software solutions aimed at the needs of companies with a requirement to integrate with transactional systems.
They considered evidence of the product's success in areas such as-
- Customer care
- Design quality
- Ease of use
- Functionality
- Reliability
- Technical innovation
- Value for money
Testimonials and references were also considered during the process from customers who agreed to be contacted by the judges, to establish how highly they rated the products and services of the nominated suppliers.
"We are delighted to have been shortlisted by the Accountancy Age judges for these prestigious industry awards and especially as it is a result of customer satisfaction," says Topaz Sales Director Eddie Stanley.
"To get to this stage is a honour in itself and reflects the fact that Topaz goes the extra mile to provide extremely high levels of Enterprise Software and customer care from our hard working technical and support staff, which our customers clearly appreciate.
"This will give everyone at Topaz a fantastic boost before we head to Softworld."
