WESTON, Fla., Sept. 19- Ultimate Software, a leading provider of human resources, payroll, and workforce management solutions, announced today that Children's Home Society of Florida (CHS) has selected UltiPro Workforce Management to help it increase efficiencies and improve service to employees using UltiPro's Web functionality, including UltiPro Time and Attendance. Established in 1902, CHS is Florida's oldest and largest statewide private not-for-profit serving children and families.
With approximately 2,300 employees in 260 locations and serving more than 139,000 children and family members in fiscal 2005, CHS is the fourth largest private not-for-profit in the United States and Canada accredited by the Council on Accreditation for Child and Family Services. CHS provides a broad spectrum of programs that protect children and strengthen families, recently adding an applied research component aimed at breaking the cycle of child abuse. The organization has been using a service bureau but wanted an end-to- end human resources solution with time and attendance. After CHS completed its due diligence and thoroughly investigated Ultimate Software's offerings, the nonprofit selected UltiPro Workforce Management in June 2006 for human resources, benefits management, and payroll as well as time and attendance to replace the service bureau the organization has been using.
