WESTON, Fla. - Ultimate Software, a leading provider of end-to-end strategic human resources, payroll, and talent management solutions, announced today that Glacier Bancorp, Inc., has selected UltiPro delivered through its Intersourcing service model.
Glacier Bancorp is a regional multi-bank holding company providing commercial banking services through 90 banking offices in Montana, Idaho, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. With approximately 1,500 employees, Glacier Bancorp has been using a service bureau for its human resources, payroll, and benefits management, but wanted the additional value provided by time and attendance functionality, recruiting tools, and self-service for managers and employees. Subsequently, the financial service company decided to evaluate other vendors and chose Ultimate Software's Intersourcing in September 2006.

Another decision driver for the bank holding company was the reputation behind Ultimate Software's customer support group. In 2006, Ultimate Software's Customer Services team was presented with both a STAR award from the Service & Support Professionals Association (SSPA) and the top spot in the Best Customer Service Organization category from the American Business Awards.
