EDMONTON, Oct. 25 - Serenic Corporation and Boulder, Colo.-based Unitime Systems announced today that they have formed a strategic alliance to integrate Unitime's time and attendance software with Serenic's HR & payroll software for Microsoft Dynamics NAV users.
