VCG's WebPAS 4.5 Integrates with VCG Gateway Module

New dashboard module and other enhancements enable staffing and recruiting firms to increase operational excellence.

ATLANTA, GA (October 31, 2006) - VCG, Inc., developer of WebPAS® and StaffSuite® staffing software that powers successful staffing and recruiting companies, today announced the launch of WebPAS 4.5, its premier front office recruiting software. Enhancements include integration to VCG Gateway, a Web-based business intelligence solution that provides users with graphical, multi-dimensional analysis of metrics that help them make important decisions that positively affect performance.

The optional Gateway module enables WebPAS users to view key performance indicators (KPIs) pulled from the WebPAS database in an easy-to-understand graphical format. Users also have the ability to drill down to detailed data or create ad-hoc reporting at the corporate, branch or employee level. For instance, corporate managers can view and analyze data related to gross margin percentages and billed hours vs. projected hours throughout the organization to better understand performance and its impact on profits.

Additionally, WebPAS 4.5 features proximity searching. Recruiters can now run searches on candidates that live within a specific zip code or distance from a client job. This capability helps to accelerate the recruiting process as recruiters can refine their search to find the best suited candidate for the position or assignment.
