Previously known as Performance Impact Workplace (PIW), Vurv acquired the product as part of its acquisition of KnowledgePoint. In addition to identifying underperformers, Vurv Express Performance helps companies boost retention and employee potential by engaging employees in the performance management process, aligning and managing goals, and by providing coaching ideas and employee development plans.
New upgrades to the product suite have enabled both products to share a common behavioral competency model so that employers can hire and interview based on the same competencies they will later use to conduct performance reviews.
