Vurv Announces the Launch of Vurv Express and Vurv Now

- New Offerings Address the Strategic Talent Management Needs of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises -

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Oct. 3 - Vurv Technology (formerly Recruitmax), a global provider of technology and services for building great workforces, today announced the launch of Vurv Express and Vurv Now, designed to address the needs of small and medium-sized businesses. Vurv Express is a re-branded suite of products comprised of its popular Prohire recruitment product and the Performance Impact Workplace (PIW) performance management solution. Vurv Now is a new "quick-start" service offering designed to help customers facilitate rapid implementations of its enterprise talent management suite.

Vurv Express Recruitment (formerly Prohire) is a web-based recruitment and applicant tracking system designed to help HR professionals and staffing agencies attract and manage candidates, job requisitions, and employee information. Popular features include conceptual search and matching, self-service candidate career sites, assessments, EEO reporting, and complimentary job distribution to over 2,500 job boards. Vurv Express Recruitment also allows users to leverage competencies to populate job requirements, provide structured interview feedback, and calculate quality of hire measurements.

The companion offering to Vurv Express Recruitment -- which can be licensed with the recruitment application or as a standalone solution -- is Vurv Express Performance. Previously known as Performance Impact Workplace (PIW), Vurv acquired the product as part of its acquisition of KnowledgePoint. In addition to identifying underperformers, Vurv Express Performance helps companies boost retention and employee potential by engaging employees in the performance management process, aligning and managing goals, and by providing coaching ideas and employee development plans.

New upgrades to the product suite have enabled both products to share a common behavioral competency model so that employers can hire and interview based on the same competencies they will later use to conduct performance reviews.
