Double Appointment Brings New Head of Sales and Head of Marketing to Croner

London, England, 19 February, 2008 - Wolters Kluwer UK the most respected provider of business information, consultancy services and software for HR, health and safety and tax and accounting in the UK serving professionals under the Croner and CCH brand names, has announced a double appointment at Croner. Tracy Burtwell and Jacki Heppard join Croner as Head of Sales and Head of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships respectively.

Tracy will be responsible for the company's sales strategy and plans to deliver profitable sales revenue growth for the recently combined Croner business.

With 15 years management experience and a proven track record in senior sales positions, Tracy is well set to drive sales across Croner's broad spectrum of HR, employment and health and safety services.

Tracy previously held the positions of head of sales for Harvey Nash plc, area Sales Manager for Yell and most recently, Head of Sales (South) for BT Directories (Retail) with which she was instrumental in a start up to £100 million turnover in just four years.

Jacki joins Croner from Wolters Kluwer's tax and accountancy services arm, CCH, where she held the position of Business Unit director in Australia. In her new position Jacki will be responsible for driving marketing revenues as well as leading Croner's strategic partnership growth and development activity.

Jacki brings with her over 15 years management experience and has an impressive background in senior partnership, sales and marketing. Jacki has also held the positions of Sales and Marketing Director for the banking division of Reed Business Information, Sales and Marketing Director at BSi and Commercial Director at ACT (The Association of Corporate Treasurers).
