PayPerShop endeavours to provide current information on a wide range of payroll and payroll-related subjects. However, please note that PayPerShop does not provide a helpline service and we are unable to give advice on specific situations.
We receive many questions by email, many of them describing situations that affect the writer personally.
We cannot give advice on personal situations.
If you do write to us describing a personal problem, we will only suggest that you approach the organisations in your country that specialise in providing legal advice.
For example, in the UK, we recommend a visit to the local Citizens' Advice Bureau, an office of a national organisation that provides free legal advice.
If you have a question about a payroll matter and are looking for information rather than advice, there are a number of options available.
1) Frequently Asked Questions: We have collected together some of our most frequently asked payroll questions and their answers. They are currently limited to UK-related matters. Topics covered include, Deductions From Wages, Holiday Pay, National Insurance Numbers, P45's and Tax Codes.
