Situation: Irvine, CA-based Marquee Staffing specializes in administrative support, finance, accounting and human resources. They deliver temporary, contract-to-hire and direct placement services in four offices throughout California. "One hundred percent of our applicants now apply through StaffSuite WorldLink. The Internet has become the method of choice as more professionals seek positions. Because of this, they don't have to spend hours in our offices going through the qualification process," said Jackie Harms, Director of Operations for Marquee Staffing.

"We use a detailed qualification process to help ensure that we get a great fit between candidates and job positions. Before StaffSuite WorldLink, the typical amount of time it took for a recruiter to qualify a candidate was two hours. Now, candidates register and apply online, where we get nearly all of the necessary data to determine their qualifications," said Harms. "If qualified for the position posted, they come in for an interview that lasts about 30 minutes, reducing the time to qualify a candidate by 75 percent."
